Apex Gig Logistics – Terms & Conditions By using Apex Gig Logistics services, you agree to the following: 1. Orders & Payments Provide accurate sender and receiver information. Orders are confirmed only after payment or official approval. Prohibited items are not allowed; Apex Gig Logistics may cancel such shipments. 2. Shipment Processing Packages must be properly packed before handover. Pick-up and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs delays or charges are the responsibility of the customer. 3. Tracking Track shipments through our provided tracking portal. Tracking updates may experience delays and are not always real-time. 4. Delivery If the recipient is unavailable, redelivery or return fees may apply. Proof of delivery may include signature, photo, OTP, or digital confirmation. 5. Liability Apex Gig Logistics is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or other external factors. Compensation for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value or coverage purchased. 6. Customer Responsibilities Ensure accurate information, legal compliance, and timely payment. Provide correct packaging, documentation, and contact details. 7. Data Protection We protect customer information and do not share or sell personal data.
